Every time there are more brands who are stopping testing or even using animals in their products, and that may sound expensive but that's not necessarily true.
Here you have a list of cruelty-free drugstore brands to prove that.



1.Annabelle:Annabelle is owned by Groupe Marcelle, a Canadian company that doesn’t test products or ingredients on animals or sell in China.


2.Ardell:Ardell International signed PETA’s cruelty-free pledge. Their products are cruelty-free and vegan.
3.Bonne Bell:Signed PETA’s cruelty-free pledge.
4.Burt's bees:Leaping Bunny-certified. Although Burt’s Bees doesn’t test on animals, the brand is owned by Clorox, a company that isn’t cruelty-free.
5.e.l.f.:Signed PETA’s cruelty-free pledge. No parent company. All their product except some brushes made of animal hair are vegan.
6.EcoTools:Signed PETA’s cruelty-free pledge. All brushes are 100% vegan.
7.Flower:Signed PETA’s cruelty-free pledge. Maesa, Flower’s parent company, is cruelty-free.
8.Gosh:Signed PETA’s cruelty-free pledge. No parent company.
9.Hard Candy:Cruelty-free, not sold in China, independent company.
10.Jane:Signed PETA’s cruelty-free pledge. No parent company.Not sold in China. 
11.Jordana:Signed PETA’s cruelty-free pledge. Not sold in China.
12.Makeup Academy:Cruelty-free and not sold in China.
13.Marcelle:Marcelle is owned by Groupe Marcelle, a Canadian company that doesn’t test products or ingredients on animals or sell in China.
14.Milani:Leaping Bunny-certified. No parent company.
15.Mineral Fusion:Leaping Bunny-certified. No parent company.
16.NYX:Signed PETA’s cruelty-free pledge. Not sold in China. Owned by L’Oreal, a company that tests on animals.

18.Physicians Formula:Signed PETA’s cruelty-free pledge. Not sold in China.
19.Pixi:Signed PETA’s cruelty-free pledge. Not sold in China.
20.Wet’n’Wild:doesn't test on animals at any point of production or purchase any materials from vendors who test on animals. Products are made in China but not sold in China.

Brands that do sell their products in China are obligated by law to test on animals.
